Board Meeting Information

Below is the regular meeting schedule. The Board of Directors may call special meetings or cancel a regular meeting as may be needed. All notice of meetings are posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes.

Regular meetings are scheduled for July 22, 2025 and October 28, 2025, both at 10:30 a.m. via teleconference. The October 28, 2025 Annual Meeting will be held at 10:30am via teleconference. The October 28, 2025 Regular Meeting is in the process of being rescheduled. Once a meeting date has been confirmed, it will be posted here.

Notice of board meetings are posted online and if the website is not available at the intersection of Weld County Road 28 and County Road 9 ½. You may view notices, agendas, and minutes below.
